Optimal Working Conditions:

Temperature: 5 - 25°C (41 - 77°F) Humidity: 30-90% Choose a shaded area away from direct sunlight for application.

Cleaning: Nanolex Si3D Cerabide HD is designed for use on clear-coated surfaces, rims (both clear-coated and uncoated), and hard plastics. The surfaces must be thoroughly dried and completely free from contaminants, dust, and any other residues. In cases where machine polishing was performed prior to application, it is crucial to remove all polish compound residues. Washing the vehicle with Nanolex PreWash Concentrate is recommended after machine polishing to effectively eliminate the majority of contaminants. For optimal preparation, apply Nanolex EX directly before the Si3D Cerabide HD application to ensure complete removal of oils, fillers, and other surface residues. Utilize Nanolex microfiber towels for this process, making sure to turn or replace the cloth as needed.
Application:

Apply 8-10 drops of Nanolex Si3D Cerabide HD onto a clean applicator cloth. Spread the product evenly across the surface using crisscross motions, ensuring all areas are covered without applying excessive pressure. Allow the product to evenly distribute and begin to flash off. Wait for 2-3 minutes before gently buffing away any residue with a soft microfiber cloth. It is important to use gentle motions and avoid applying pressure.

Drying/Curing:

Let the product cure on the surface for at least 24 hours at an ambient temperature of 20°C (68°F) and a minimum air humidity of 30%, ensuring the area is well-ventilated and not air-conditioned. The treated surfaces should not come into contact with water during the curing period. Refrain from washing the vehicle or the treated areas within the first 7 days after application.
