An effective coating has several key characteristics - which of course all of our sealants have. But there is another important factor, durability.

The durability of our coatings was tested and approved by independend institutes and many customers have agreed. The Nanolex Car Care coatings have been continuously tested since being developed to prove their quality.

If a car protected with Nanolex is washed by hand (using a pH-neutral shampoo) durability is even higher than we suggest.

Nanolex paint sealants were specifically designed for painted (lacquered) automotive surfaces and should only be applied on such.

Nanolex Car Care systems are one-component coatings which interlace on a molecular basis and form a protective layer on the paint once they are applied properly.

Generally any painted (lacquered) surface can be treated with Nanolex paint sealants - in any case it is important that the designated surface is in a new or very good condition so the sealants can achieve the maximum durability.

Once the surface is coated and gets in contact with water you can see many individual water beads which stick out quite high. The smaller and higher the beads are the steeper their contact angle is the with the surface.

This characteristic shows the super-hydrophobic characteristics of the coatings which make the car easier to clean and also prolongue the cleaning intervals since the dirt bonds less to the surface. This allows you to clean the car quickly and only with the help of small amounts or even no cleaning agents at all.

Nanolex Sealants for painted (lacquered) surfaces are also perfect to be used on alloy rims. Depending on the material (chrome, lacquer, steel) the durability can vary.

The wheel you can see at the top of this page was washed with a pressure washer - without any cleaners! Especially the hard to reach inside of the wheel can be cleaned much faster and easier once the rims were coated with a Nanolex Car Care Sealant.

As you can see on the pictures the contamination (in this case brakedust) can be removed from the surface easily.

With Nanolex Glass Premium or Urban Glass Sealant your sight while driving through rain is drastically improved and also the glass surfaces of your automobile will be much easier to clean!

Rain flies off the windshield as soon as you drive faster than 60 Km/H (Glass Premium) or 35-40 Km/H - windshield wipers are then not necessarily needed (although strongly recommended).

The glass coating is perfect for an application all automotive glass surfaces - the amount of time and effort you need to clean the windshield and de-ice it in the winter is drastically reduced.
